Team SA in action on Friday

There are four sports in action involving Team SA competitors on day two of the 2024 Paris Paralympics.

Athletics starts, with bronze medallist from Tokyo 2020, Sheryl James, involved in a straight final in the women’s T37 200m.

Boccia pool action continues, while Nathan Hendricks is again the sole Team SA swimmer in action, in the men’s S13 100m backstroke. Elsewhere, there is tennis at Roland Garris where there are five Team SA players taking to the clay courts.

Quad doubles, quarter-final (12noon): Donald Ramphadi and Lucas Sithole v Cayulef and Perez (Chile)

Women’s doubles, first round (12noon): KG Montjane and Mariska Venter v Fairbank/Morch (France)
